One by one, Rivera addressed the matters, often decisively by sending those players elsewhere.

With Monday’s release of quarterback Dwayne Haskins, he has addressed them all.

Rivera frequently pleads with reporters to focus on the Washington Football Team in one direction: forward. That’s now much easier.
