Friday was uneventful for teams on the bubble to make the NCAA Tournament, and therefore the projected bracket remains the same. All five bubble teams won games that could only have hurt them. The only team above that group that played on Friday was Purdue, which won easily at Penn State.
The bracket might be unchanged this morning, but that will not be the case Sunday. Saturday has the largest slate of games for the remainder of the season and seven conferences are finishing up play.
We also have the largest group of bubble games left this season, with 19 teams in action in 17 games. There are some big wins to be had out there, especially for a few teams on the wrong side of the cut line.
