Fantasy managers are panicked about Patrick Mahomes. The star quarterback has struggled recently heading into Week 10 at Las Vegas, and we're getting some crazy questions about other options to start over him.

Relax. Take a deep breath. Calm down. Mahomes will be fine -- hopefully.

In his past three games against Tennessee, the Giants and Green Bay, Mahomes has scored seven, 16 and 12 Fantasy points. It's been rough, but I'm not giving up on him yet. And neither should you.

Opposing defenses have taken away the big plays from Mahomes and forced him to be patient, and he's averaging just 215.7 passing yards per game in his past three outings with two touchdowns and two interceptions. The good thing is he's still attempting at least 35 passes per game, and he has a great history against the Raiders, as you would expect.

In his past five meetings with the Raiders, Mahomes is averaging 317.4 passing yards per game with 13 total touchdowns and three interceptions. He scored 33 and 24 Fantasy points in two games against the Raiders last year.

Only three quarterbacks have scored at least 23 Fantasy points against the Raiders this season, but Mahomes will be No. 4. He'll get back on track this week. And you can start him with confidence -- as usual.

Carson Wentz is expecting his second child any day now. He said Wednesday that "I could get the call at any time." But Wentz said "I'm playing" in Sunday's game against Jacksonville, and he already discussed the situation with his wife.

We hope Wentz gives his new baby a great birthday present with a victory against the Jaguars, and he should help make that happen. I'm counting on Wentz to have a big game against the Jaguars, and he's our Start of the Week.

Wentz has been a quality Fantasy quarterback of late with six games in a row of at least 20 Fantasy points. He scored at least 24 Fantasy points in three games in a row against San Francisco, Tennessee and the Jets, and he should keep it up against Jacksonville at home.

Now, even though the Jaguars surprised us by holding Josh Allen to nine Fantasy points last week, this defense has still struggled against opposing quarterbacks for most of the season. There have been five quarterbacks to score at least 25 Fantasy points against Jacksonville, including Tyrod Taylor, Teddy Bridgewater, Tua Tagovailoa and Geno Smith.

Wentz is clearly better than those guys, and he's playing well heading into Week 10. It should be a big week for Wentz and his family, and we hope everything works out great for him on and off the field.

Cardinals (vs. CAR): We'll see if things change for the Panthers with P.J. Walker starting in place of the injured Sam Darnold (shoulder), but Carolina's offense has struggled of late. The Panthers have scored just 28 points as a team in the past three weeks against the Giants, Falcons and Patriots, with seven sacks allowed, one fumble and four interceptions over that span. Meanwhile, the Cardinals defense has 13 sacks in their past four games against Cleveland, Houston, Green Bay and San Francisco, with two interceptions and five fumble recoveries in those outings. Arizona also has allowed 17 points or less in three of those games over that span.

Titans (vs. NO)

Broncos (vs. PHI)

Panthers (at ARI)

Chiefs (at LV): The Chiefs DST was solid in Week 9 against Green Bay. The unit held the Packers to seven points with Jordan Love starting for Aaron Rodgers (illness), and Kansas City got one sack, one interception and a fumble recovery in that game. But the Raiders should provide a tougher test at home, and the Chiefs DST is not a recommended Fantasy option. The Raiders average 24.5 points per game as a team, and Carr has been sacked just three times in the past three games.
